Dr. Siraj Project is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional courtyard home. Designed around a spacious central garden and water feature, the home fosters a calming connection between nature and architecture. This central space separates the public and private zones of the residence, creating a tranquil retreat that invites natural light, ventilation, and serenity into the interiors.

The upper floor features a connecting spine with a library that links the bedrooms on both sides. Deep balconies and shaded perimeters protect the home from the harsh sun while offering picturesque views of the garden and pool. The residence includes three distinct outdoor zones — a welcoming entry garden, a serene courtyard with a pool, and a rooftop garden complete with a gym, spa, and gazebo.
